* What can you provide for the server/community?: can introduce leadership, effort, and quality to the staff team. it is my belief that my being in the staff team I can provide a fun role play environment and fairness to the server.
=15pxThat being said, I truly believe that I can bring more of a jovial approach to being Staff and can succesfully help breach the gap between Staff and the playerbase. THis wing and evolving server. therefore I think that I can help grow the server into a better environment for all those who need time to enjoy a simple game. Being a staff is having an understanding that we are human and we make mistakes, that being said I would look at both sides of the story revise them multiple times and even then see if I made a mistake. What i can bring to the staff team is another over achieving ready to learn to better himself staff member. What you can see is that I'm very mature and don't break the rules, by me breaking the rules I will provide myself the same punishment I provide other however i will not break the rules because am a role model to the server as is every staff member and we are here to provide enjoyable and fun role play. Staff is here for one reason which is to make the server enjoyable which is something you can get from me. What makes me different is that I put in a lot of effort into what I do, this being said I will always listen to every side of the story even if I know they are the one's at fault . I understand this is a game however my involvement can truly develop a role pay environment especially for a community like this a staff we need to know everyone makes mistakes and it takes a better person to admit when they are at fault and i'm that kind of person.
* What is an example of a “Bad Staff Member”?: A bad Staff Member is someone who uses their powers for a personnel gain, never thinks about anyone else only themselves. They favourite others E.G when someone has done something wrong but the Staff know they have and that Staff Member decides to stick up for him/her because he /She likes them. They always disrepect players to get what they want, they controll them (which is a form of bullying) They also glitch the server out.
* What makes you different over other Staff Applicants?: I can bring a whole new twist to the table. As someone with a lot of experience in being staff on a lot of different gamemodes, I am well experienced in dealing with all types of problems, and can bring in fast points and logically sound answers that are fair and clear. I am also quite knowledgable in law (brag about it, right'?) so I feel like I can use that to help resolve disputes and settle situations quickly and fairly while seeing both sides equally. I'm in love with the whole idea of SCP) and I absolutely want to help keep players in line with the rules to help immerse myself and others into the universe of SCP. Of course there will be players trying to ruin the immersion of the RP and break the rules, so staff are needed in these times. I have the mental fortitude to put up with the inevitable abuse that would get hurled at me as a staff member by said rule-breakers, and I am able to keep my cool and still treat them fairly- as I have done with previous staff positions.
I am a very very easy person to get along with and I feel like my sense of humour and my dedication to the RP has helped me get along with everybody else I've spoken to on the server so far. And when it comes to arguments I prefer to be the guy in the middle offering pizza to both sides to calm them down.
* How would you handle a mingey player with multiple accounts of Fail RP?:I would bring him somewhere,and explain him,why that kind of behaviour is not allowed,and that this is a seriousRP server and he needs to behave serious,the minging is not allowed on the server,and if he countinues there will be consequences,if he still missbehaves,and doesen't listen to the staff i would bring him again give him a (Tier 1) warning,and after that if he still minges,then i would proceed to a (Tier 2) Warning, I would have him either Kicked/Banned.
* Why do you believe you deserve this rank?: xbelieve that I deserve this rank because I am very mature, and I'm always willing to help. I can remain calm under situations, and I always try my best even if I'm confused. I have done my best to follow the rules at all times.. I also wake up fairly early, so when a lot of staff aren't on in the morning, I can be. Also on the weekends, I'm a night owl. So I stay up late 1:30 - 2:00 am , and it does get quiet annoying. There are so many amazing people in this community, and it truly makes me feel welcome. That's why I'd like to become staff to help the community grow bigger and bigger. I also tend to be good at balancing my time. So being on staff and being on my other jobs, such as CERT and State. It's just such a great community, and I hope to be able to take this chance as a learning experience. I also am already in the . I hope to help this community, and be apart of this amazing staff team. I am truly dedicated.
* Previous Staff experience?: have past experience with being an admin an using Xgui and know that most players will always break the rules when they think no staff are online knowing this when i see that no staff are currently online and i am not doing something important i will come on, having been an admin on TTT i know how to thin a situation out as on my old server you would have to get both sides of the story what is very similar to Darkrp.
